Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform tool preparation and material supply for production, ensuring that all inputs are ready and available;
• Assist in the product manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with established procedures;
• Maintain the work area clean and organized by collecting waste and organizing tools and materials, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment;
• Provide general support to the production team, assisting with various tasks as needed to meet operational demands;
• Operate simple machines and manual equipment at different stages of the production process, ensuring compliance with established procedures;
• Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and operational skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma;
• Basic technical mechanics course;
• Ability to follow instructions and operational procedures;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• 1 year of experience as a Production Assistant II.
